TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please carefully read through the terms and conditions thoroughly prior to signing up with ONE4 PILATES.

By signing up as a client or booking into a class with ONE4 PILATES, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below:

ONE4 PILATES is a group fitness Pilates Studio. We are not a clinical studio. 

Studio Policies 

A maximum of 5 people can attend a group class.

Socks are to be worn at every class for hygiene purposes. Preferable grip socks. 

Please let your instructor know prior to the class commencing if you have injuries, concerns or are pregnant. 

Clients who have exisiting injuries must make this known prior to booking a class or attending a class at ONE4 PILATES.

If you are a new client, please attend 10 minutes early, 5 minutes early if you are a regular.

A 5-minute late window will be accepted however if you are more than 5 minutes late your class may be given to someone who is on standby. 

You must be over the age of 16 to participate in any class provided by ONE4 PILATES. Any person between the age of 16-18 must have consent from a parent/guardian prior to participating in a class.

You must clean your bed and equipment after use with the wipes provided by the instructor. 

Children are not permitted in the studio at any given time. The only exception children will be permitted is when conducting a 1:1 session and this is directly approved by ONE4.

Pregnancy Policy

ONE4 PILATES does not currently take pregnant clients in group reformer classes however 1:1 is available upon request. 

You may discuss your suitability for one one private classes with ONE4. If suitable for one on one private classes your must supply the below:

All pregnant clients must provide written clearance/letter from your doctor, woman’s health physiotherapist or OB GYN to participate in 1:1 class. You can email this to christina@one4pilates.com

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations must be made through Momence at least 8 hours prior to the class start time to avoid losing your session and incurring a cancellation fee.

Class bookings are at your own responsibility via Momence, if you book the wrong class, your pass cannot be reused. Please ensure you have reminders and alerts set via Momence. 

ONE4 PILATES may cancel a class at any time for any reason. You will be credited for any classes in this circumstance and given as much notice as possible. 

If you cancel a class within 8 hours of a class start time, you will be charged a $10.00 late cancellation fee and will loose your class pass.

If you book a class and do not show up without cancelling through Momence, you will lose your pass and will also be charged a $10.00 no show fee.

Purchase Policy

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable between individuals. No refunds will be provided. 

Personal agreement 

I agree that ONE4 PILATES will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. I understand classes may be physically strenuous and that full case must be taken when receiving instructions and performing exercises. I accept that there is potential risk of personal injury, property loss or death, and I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against ONE4 PILATES or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I understand that ONE4 PILATES is a group Pilates studio, not clinical studio.

ONE4 PILATES, our instructors or our staff members are not trained medical practitioners. Our directions, advice and assistance should not be taken as a substitute for professional medical advice. Before participating in any class, you must consult a trained medical practitioner to confirm your ability to participate in that class. You acknowledge that you may be required to obtain a medical certificate to participate in a Class.
